Frequently asked questions

We are a real shop. Padbury Florist is an online florist in Perth and our store is a real shop in the northern suburbs of Perth. Our florists arrange and deliver your flowers to Perth suburbs north of the river. We are not an overseas relay service, so there are no hidden handling charges.

We will generally deliver all orders received before 12pm on the same day. If that timing is tight for your order, please call us on 08 9307 8766 and we will do our best to help.

We accept VISA and Mastercard with no extra surcharge.

Yes. We are members of a number of relay services, so if your order is for a suburb outside our delivery range, we can accept it and forward it to a florist closer to the delivery location. For interstate and overseas, we deliver through Interflora Australia.

Where possible, please give us a contact number for the recipient. Unless you tell us otherwise, the courier will leave the flowers in a secure, shady position near the front door. If that is not practical, the courier will leave a note and ask the recipient to contact the shop; a second delivery incurs further costs. On hot days the courier may contact a neighbour to help keep the flowers out of the sun.

• Use a clean vase, so bacteria does not shorten their life.
• Use a sharp knife to make an angular cut, taking about 2cm off the bottom of the stems.
• Top up or replace the water regularly.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been delivered, it stands. If it is in transit, courier fees apply.
